Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you may place an order anytime!
If you need assistance with your order, please visit the Customer Service page to submit your question, or to find out how to leave us a voice mail message.
Most weekdays, you can expect an email response to your question within 24 hours or less during the hours of 9am-4pm ET. Please check your spam filters, and mark our email address as "safe" to help ensure our messages are received. On weekends, response time may vary. I do work limited hours on weekends, but hours vary based on our family schedule/commitments.
{Order Processing}
For Photo Card Orders...
you can typically expect to see a sample within about 48 hours after all of your info & photos have been received.
Printing typically takes about 3-5 business days for photo cards, and about 2-3 business days for press printed items.
For Stationery Orders...
Stationery order processing time varies based on the nature of your items, the size of your order, and current order volume, so it is much more difficult for me to estimate turnaround time for stationery products. As a general rule, I ask that you allow a week for the receipt of your samples---however, this varies greatly based on your individual order--some samples are ready in less than 24 hours, while others may take longer than 7 days. Please note that notepads take an additional 2-3 days to assemble.
*** My customers are important to me, and I dedicate a lot of time to my business. But, I am also a mother of three boys, and my family is my first priority. Supporting a mom-owned business means you are supporting someone who cares about making a personal connection with customers, and your support of my business also supports my family. But, there are also times when my family schedule is especially full, and as a result, I may not be able to get back to you immediately. I work hard to maintain excellent communication & customer service, and rest assured that I am working to provide the best possible service I can.
Turnaround time may be delayed at times, and during peak times of the year, especially around the holidays, you can expect to add at least one business day to all order processing.
