Terms of Service
Photo Cards:
* By submitting a photo to www.cutiepiescustomcreations.com, you certify that you have the right to use that photo. If the photo is a professional picture, accompanying documention must be provided to show that you have the rights to use/print that photo via a photographer's/studio release form. Release forms must be official and must be signed by the photographer/studio & include a phone # at which they can be reached. If you submit a professional photo without proper release forms, your order will be delayed until you submit documentation or another photo.
* General timeframe for photo cards is as follows: A sample is provided in about 24-48 hrs upon receipt of your photo(s)/details. You will receive an email requesting this information once your order is received, or you may submit the photos and details when you place the order by sending them via email to orders@cutiepiescustomcreations.com. Once any changes/edits have been made, you must submit an approval to print, and your printed cards are ready in approx. 2-4 business days. Orders are shipped daily, and your cards will ship within 24 hours of completion. Shipping times may vary, so please allow ample time for your cards to be completed and for delivery. By submitting your order you are agreeing to these general guidelines. Timeframes may vary, and the order turnaround time may be longer during peak times, especially holidays. Please keep this in mind. If you are in need of a faster option, we do offer express delivery options at an additional cost, or you may want to consider our Design-Only option and have the cards printed at a local lab of your choice, though we cannot be held liable for the quality of your prints.
* The buyer is responsible for ensuring the correctness of their sample(s). Please review all samples completely to check for spelling, correct information, etc. You sample is designed to be a representative of your prjnted product. Note that for all photo cards/press printed products that are completed at the professional lab or printer, your final print may vary slightly, as each printer had a "bleed area" at which the image will be cropped. I do make as much of an allowance for this as possible, and the resulting crop is thus minimal. Reprints/Refunds are not offered for cards that are incorrect due to a buyer oversight on the sample. Likewise, please note that individual computer monitor resolution varies, as does the coloring of the individual photo lab's printer. A slight difference in color/shade may occur and does not constitute an error on our part. In addition, photo quality is dependent on the original photo we are given to work with. Poor photo quality will result in a poor printed quality. Please send your photos without cropping or resizing. If we notice any problems with a a particular picture, we will alert you so that you may have the option of selecting another.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your order, you must alert us as soon as possible. If personalization has been initiated, you are subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which covers the amount of time spent on designing, editing, personalizing your products.
Refund/Return Policy:
If your order has been approved/sent to printing, no refund may be issued. If your printed product contains an error that was present on the sample(s), you are responsible for the mistake. We will gladly offer to reprint your order, and when possible, photo cards will be reprinted at a reduced cost. You are also responsible for shipping charges associated with the corrected items.
If we make a mistake, please contact us immediately, and we will redo/reprint your affected items at our cost.
