Shoppe Hours:
Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may browse and place orders anytime at your convenience! Our design studio is located in Maryland, thus our team works on processing orders on Eastern Standard Time.
Customer Service:
The best way to reach our team is via email. You can expect a response within 24 hours. Because of our designer's flexible hours and busy schedule, she is unable to answer all phone calls. It is best to send your question via email.

Please review this page before placing an order! All of the most important information about our terms of service are included here. It is the single most important part of the process.
How to Order:
Orders may be placed 24/7 via our secure website. Place the items you wish to purchase in your cart, and complete the process as outlined in the checkout page. BE SURE YOU FILL OUT ALL REQUIRED FIELDS. If you need to place an order via phone, please send us an email to make arrangements. If you have any questions or are unsure of how to proceed, we are again only an email away!
Personalizing Your Items:
Once your order is received by our customer service department, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 24 hours, you should receive a follow up email requesting information needed to personalized your items. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check to be sure it has not been filtered by your email system. Yahoo email accounts often filter our emails, so if at all possible it is best to avoid using a yahoo account when working with us on your order. If you are in a rush, and would like to get a head start on your order, feel free to send your information and photographs to orders {at} cutiepiescustomcreations.com.
Sending Us Your Photographs:
Photographs should be sent via email without having been cropped or resized. We will crop/resize as necessary. If you are wanting your photo converted to black and white, or have specific editing concerns (i.e. red eye removal, etc.) please make a note of this when you send your photos. If you are scanning photos, please scan them at 300 dpi. Please note we will not accept professional pictures---in scanned form or in digital format---unless you have provided a signed professional photographic release from your studio/photographer. Also, please note that the quality of the photo you send will be the quality of the photo printed on your cards...if your photo is grainy, blurry, or has poor exposure, it will appear this way on your card. While we can correct imperfections in your photo through editing, we cannot correct graininess/blurriness/exposure issues.

Due to the nature of our items, generally returns are not accepted. Once we have begun work on your samples, and order is subject to cancellation fees. Please review the entire policy at the bottom of this page.
