Order Process:
1. Place your order via our secure website. If you have any trouble submitting the order online, feel free to email us for help, or call to place your credit card order over the phone. Visit our contact page for further details.
2. Upon receipt of your order, you will be sent an email requesting the necessary information needed to create your proof. If you are ordering photo cards and wish to submit your photo/s and details when you place your order, send an email to orders@cutiepiescustomcreations.com with the name you placed the order under in the subject area. Please note, if you are submitting photos, it is best not to crop or resize them prior to submitting. We do edit your photos as needed, but a picture that is poor quality will result in a poor print. If we feel your photo will not print well, we will alert you so that you made submit a replacement if desired. Also, if you are planning to use a professional photo, you must submit a SIGNED photo release form from the photographer/studio that includes their phone #. Not submitting proper documentation with a professional photo wil result in your order being delayed. We do not use scanned or digital professional photos (or any that appear to be professional) without proper documention, as this violates copyright law and would not be accepted by us or our photo lab.
3. You will be contacted with a sample/s to review for correctness/accuracy. You may make any changes or corrections during this process. Your order will not be printed or submitted for printing until you give us an approval.
4. Once your samples are approved, we will fulfill your order. Turnaround time varies based on the type of products, size of your order, and the amount of orders on our schedule. All notepads take at least 2-3 days to complete, and photo card prints take approx 2-4 business days. Press printed products take approx 3-5 business days. Most orders ship w/in 24 hours of completion, and you will receive an email letting you know when your order has shipped.
