How long will it take to complete my order? TOP
Turnaround time depends on the type & number of items ordered, as well as the volume of orders that I am processing at the time, and the promptness of your approval of samples and/or changes. I work as fast I can, and generally speaking your stationery order is usually ready to ship within a few days! Notepads take approximately 2-3 days to make, and large orders may take longer, as there is more printing time involved. Photo cards follow a different schedule, as they must be submitted to the lab for printing. You can review the timelime below. ***Please note that holidays are often busy times, so order early! ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM PAYPAL---PLEASE CHECK TO BE SURE YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS IS ACCURATE TO INSURE PROMPT DELIVERY!!!!

I make every effort to have orders completed quickly, as I know you are anxious to share your cards! Generally speaking, you can expect to receive a sample within 24-48 hrs upon submitting your photos & information. Once your sample is approved, cards are sent to the photo lab, and while processing time varies, typically prints are ready in about 2-4 business days, and then I ship within 24 hrs. Please be sure to keep this timeframe in mind when placing your order to allow for plenty of time to receive your cards.
Can I use my professional photos on your items? TOP
I am only able to use professional photos if you submit a written release form from the photographer, which you must submit with your photos. Proper documentation can be provided by your photographer/studio. What Is Your Return/Refund Policy? TOP
Since I specialize in personalized items, generally speaking, there are no returns. I do provide samples via email before printing, and I ask that you review them carefully to check for any errors. I am not able to refund or reprint/redo an order if you find a mistake after approving a sample. However, if I make a mistake when printing or processing your order, please contact me and I will be happy to correct that at no cost to you.
In addition, all of my prices include my time spend crafting both your samples and your items. Once I have begun the process of personalizing your items and creating your samples, your order may not be cancelled or refunded.
Photo Card Policies: As stated above, if an error is made on my part, and your printed card differs from the proof, I will replace the cards at my cost. Please note, I cannot account for color differences from my monitor to yours. All screens have a different resolution, and likewise, each printer may differ slightly on a color. Therefore, the color on your cards may not be identical (though it will be a close match) to the sample as you see it on your monitor. Occasionally, the printer is responsible for a misprinted/faulty print. I do my best to catch these upon inspection before they are mailed out, but if you receive faulty prints, please contact me immediately so that I may contact my lab. |
